Dear Skye,
yeah I know Chamsal.Many of my relatives and beloveds reside there. Dadeldhura is all set up for the fest season because the two greatest festivals of Nepalese have kicked off. But illiteracy has been a lagging factor for this region.
Currently i'm at Kathmandu andvying for MBBS exams.

Yup I'm truly a resident of Dadeldhura. I've lived there for 14 long years. I lived at Baghbazar( the central urban part ). It is good to hear that you stayed there as Peace Corps.
